Welcome to Kreditzen ("the App"). Kreditzen is operated and commercialized by Novathinks LLC, a Florida company and a subsidiary of RDS3MSolutions LLC, a Delaware company ("RDS3MSolutions"). RDS3MSolutions is the developer and owner of Kreditzen. By using this application, you agree to the following terms of use.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kreditzen. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Kreditzen in accordance with these terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
You may not use the App to: Engage in illegal or unauthorized activities, Interfere with the security or operation of the platform, Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data, Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code, Violate the rights of third parties.
Kreditzen, including its code, design, content, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of RDS3MSolutions LLC. All rights are reserved. Use of the App does not grant you any intellectual property rights.
You retain ownership of the information you enter into Kreditzen. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use this information solely to operate, maintain, and improve the platform.
In the current version of Kreditzen, all financial information, including credit card data, is entered manually by the user. We do not access, collect, or automatically process banking or credit card information through third-party integrations. We do not store sensitive information such as full card numbers or security codes.
Note about future integrations: In future versions, we may integrate third-party services, such as Plaid, to enable automatic connection with bank accounts or credit cards. If this occurs, we will update our privacy policy and terms of use, and we will request explicit user consent before collecting or processing any additional information.
Kreditzen is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Novathinks LLC nor RDS3MSolutions LLC shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Kreditzen.
We may modify these terms at any time. Modifications will become effective when posted in the App. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Kreditzen at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
